Knowing the space:
While we work, it becomes necessary to know what that space is going to be used for. It makes it easier to design a layout that makes it more understandable. For large scale projects we also make 3D layouts if necessary. It helps to make the team members and the client understand what and how the renovation will look like. Layouts and defining the space is thus the most important step.
Permission and planning:
When the layouts are ready, and things are understood by the clients, it is time for their permission to get started. With clients permission it is confirmed that he understood what is going to be done and he agrees to the work. With permission granted, we start with planning and preparing our working place. We also make sure that before we start working all the legal works are also completed.
Remodeling and preparing the site:
When working in an existing space or room to renovate it, remodeling it becomes important. According to the new design or renovation, the site is to be prepared well so that the new design comes out effectively. For instance, if we say that the client wants a loft conversion, then we need to see whether the walls are strong enough and we also need to prepare space for doors and windows and all things that may concern.
Fit outs and replacements:
As said above, depending on the work, we need to move on with inspecting the place, for example: in case of a loft conversion, and to mark the walls where the doors and windows will be placed. In this type of work we start with internal works that includes fitting doors and windows, plastering walls, making the new roofs and electrics and plumbing.
Fittings and fixtures:
In the final stage, we include all the finishing works. Installing bathroom or kitchen appliances, paintings and tiling, and pasting wallpapers and carpets. Once the work is done, the home is then equipped with all its furniture before we close the contract.
